EpicMailExtractor does not collect, store, or retain any personal data you enter into the tool. Email addresses you paste or upload are processed in-browser and via ephemeral server-side DNS lookups only. No email addresses, domains, or results are stored in any database or log file.
To classify email domains, our server performs DNS MX record lookups on the domains you submit. These DNS queries are standard internet requests and do not contain your email addresses — only the domain portion (e.g., "gmail.com"). No query data is logged.
We use a single cookie (eme_theme) to remember your chosen visual theme. This cookie contains no personal information and does not track your activity. It expires after 365 days.
We display ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show you relevant ads based on your browsing history. Please refer to Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com) for details on how Google handles advertising data. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.
We may use basic server-level access logs (standard Apache/Nginx logs) that record IP addresses, timestamps, and pages visited. These are used only for infrastructure monitoring and are not used for user profiling. Logs are rotated regularly.
Font Awesome icons are loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. No personal data is transmitted. Google AdSense scripts are loaded from Google's servers. No other third-party scripts or services are used.
EpicMailExtractor does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The tool is intended for business and professional use.
